SHIPPING AND BILLING POLICY
Millennium Herbal Care Limited the billing and shipping entity.
Where we Ship:
We currently fulfill orders only received from addresses in India. Sorry, we do not offer international deliveries as of now.
Dates and Timings of Shipping:
We are happy to fulfill all your orders received before 5 pm from Monday to Friday on the same day. For order received post 5 pm on any day between Monday to Friday, we will ship the products on the next working day.
All your MHCL products are shipped from our office or warehouse in Mumbai, India by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For domestic (metros & central district areas): 3 – 5 days
For domestic (non-metros & out of city areas): 5 – 10 days
Note: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as Millennium Herbal Care Limited uses third party couriers, we may not have full control over the service level of the courier company. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. in the Shipping Instructions. Millennium Herbal Care Limited takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Millennium Herbal Care Limited is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Millennium Herbal Care Limited, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
- MHCL is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
- In case of any problem or manufacturing quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on 022-4002 2020 or firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by MHCL
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy
- Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days
For refunds, please note the following:
- If you paid with a Credit or Debit Card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days
- For Cash On Delivery orders, Millennium Herbal Care Limited will issue a cheque in the name of billing customer and dispatch to billing address
- For orders placed via store Credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions, your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on www.millenniumherbal.com or www.herbalmill.com
